About Us

We have been operating and growing successfully in Mackay since 1997, undertaking a variety of project types and individual contracts up to the value of $14m.  Our upcoming work in hand has a value in excess of $20m.  We employ a multi-skilled workforce of plant operators, pipelayers and labourers with minimal reliance on subcontractors.

About the Role

Based in Mackay, reporting to the Project Manager, you will be involved in the civil supervision of a range of civil projects.  Your duties will include:

•   Efficient planning and co-ordination of works
•   Enforcing safe work practices
•   Directing employees, subcontractors and suppliers
•   Ensuring that personnel are adequately trained and  supported
•   Monitoring progress to meet budget and targets
•   ensuring that OHS&E requirements are met
•   Approving purchases

As the successful candidate, you will have the following attributes:

• Extensive construction experience, specialising in civil and road works construction
• A proven ability to undertake the role of Civil Supervisor
• Successful delivery of time and budget requirements for both high and low value dollar projects
• Strong people management skills
• An in depth understanding of construction costs and a proven ability in successful delivery of projects
